HOW INVOLVED DO I NEED TO BE?

Your involvement level is as much or as little as you feel comfortable. We know that sometimes there's so many decisions and that can hinder not knowing where to start with a project! For the decluttering portion, it is really important for you to be present to make decisions about your items. I also will be giving out some homework to be done prior to the session as needed to streamline the process. 

You may be on site during this, but ask that you let the organizers handle your project for the most part and you will be asked questions as needed. If you would like to remain off site during the day, we may try to text you questions during the day should we have any. 

WHAT DOES PAYMENT LOOK LIKE?

Payment methods include cash, check and Venmo currently. 

There is a $500 deposit fee due at booking which will be put towards your final bill. Your final payment will be due directly after the session with an updated total of hours worked and product reimbursement amount. 

For virtual sessions, the $125 fee is due at least 48 Hours before our scheduled. video appointment.  

WHAT IS THE PROCESS LIKE?

The process is generally that after you reach out, we will set up a consultation together to look over your home and the areas desired for organizing. I will also have you send some photos, videos and measurements ahead of time to review together at your consultation. Once I get an idea for the space, I'll send over a rough estimate of how long the project may take to complete depending on how involved you would like to be during this with getting extra homework done ahead of time. Then, we get to work decluttering and organizing!

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

You may cancel 48 Hours in advance for free if something were to come up. Sessions cancelled with under 48 hour notice will be charged a $50 cancellation fee taken out of their initial deposit.

WHAT TOWN ARE YOU LOCATED IN?

I'm located in Olympia, WA serving the Thurston County area. Travel up to 30 minutes from Olympia is included in the rate. Any location over that will be charged an additional travel fee per hour of $50 an hour. If you are out of driving distance, we can talk about me coming to your town still to organize for an additional charge. I would love to work with you still, even if it's not near by!
